This was the outfit that gave me the idea to start a project celebrating Pakistani and Indian designers. I was inspired by this beautiful ivory net shirt by Sana Safinaz layered with gentle pastel hues. Pearls, beads, ‘resham’ and ‘naqshi’ with sequins create a dreamscape onto this canvas. The outfit is finished with cropped palazzo pants and an ivory embroidered net dupatta.

The details on this outfit are just breathtaking, from the tassels to the embroidery and pearl finishing on the pants and dupatta. The outfit is also not too heavy and is perfect for a lighter option to wear for the day or for a less formal occasion. This is one of my favourite pieces from Sana Safinaz and exemplifies so much of their signature house style.
I accessorised this outfit with pastel suede heels and ‘kundan’ earrings with green onyx and pearls.
