I have lived in London most of my life. For some years I enjoyed living in both New York and Boston however, I always return to London and consider it home.
I studied at Cambridge University and Harvard Business School, where I was a Fulbright Scholar and pursued a career in Investment Banking and Private Equity. I worked in the M&A divisions of Rothschild, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs before working in Private Equity focussing on distressed assets.
My Instagram account started as a pastime, as my social media following has grown I have had the pleasure of working with some of my favourite luxury brands. I really enjoy creating imaginative content and executing brand campaigns. I love to champion female and minority entrepreneurs and my passion is working with pioneering businesses. Over the years I have grown a diverse community of followers, I wish to create a space where people can escape and be inspired, especially by women who are shaping the future.
I am the youngest of five girls, I have never had to look far for female mentors as my sisters are all formidable doctors or lawyers and also wonderful mothers. My parents are my biggest supporters and have taught me the importance of perseverance, kindness and hard work. I started my education in state schools and one of my goals is to help state school students progress to top tier universities. I work with two charities mentoring girls from state schools and students from areas of conflict. I am also a trustee of the British Friends of Harvard Business School, a charity which raises funds for British students to attend HBS.
