I receive quite a lot of press gifts from brands and I am lucky enough to be able to try a wide range of products. Below I review some of my favourites which I received in the last few months which I recommend you try out.
TEOXANE
Teoxane Laboratories is a Swiss brand which specialises in the design and manufacturing of hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers and is known as a leader in aesthetic medicine. They have created a line which balances premium skincare along with the rigor of medical science. The prices of the products are reasonably expensive, however they are worth it. All three products from their range which I used were excellent.
Their range of products have been developed to specifically address key skincare concerns such as dehydration, dull complexion and blemishes. I was really interested to try out the Teoxane products given the research and science behind their brand and was impressed by the results after a few months of using them. I do get the sense that most of their products may be better suited for those aged thirty plus as they are quite specialised.
TEOXANE RHA Vit C Serum
The RHA Vit C Serum is designed to improve the appearance of pigmentation, aged skin and brighten the complexion. I have wanted to try a Vitamin C serum in my skincare regime for some time so it was perfect timing to be sent this product.
A day time complexion brightener, lightly massage across the face, neck after cleansing every morning. I don’t really have pigmentation, however I did feel that it instantly brightened my skin and really helped to hydrate it throughout the day. After using this serum I do understand the hype behind Vitamin C related products and would recommend adding it to your routine.
TEOXANE Advanced Perfecting Shield SPF 30
The Advanced Perfecting Shield has been formulated to prevent tired, dull or aged skin complexion and improve protection against environmental factors (UV + pollution) and free radicals. I highly recommend trying this product, especially if you live in a polluted city.
I really loved this award-winning product both because I am quite strict about finding products with SPF and especially given the pollution in central London. After applying it, it feels as though your skin has a protective barrier. Apply in the morning evenly to the face and neck, it is also an excellent makeup base. I often wore it simply by itself, as it is tinted it created a natural base on its own.
TEOXANE R[II] Eyes
Another excellent product by Teoxane, R[II] Eyes is a quick-absorbing solution to common under eye skin concerns such as dark circles and puffiness. As you know, dark circles is one of my big problems and I’m often looking for new products to try for the under eye area.
Use this product morning or evening apply with light pressure to cool, drain and decongest the eye area. I particularly liked the metal applicator. After using this product for a few months my eye area looks brighter and has helped reduce the puffiness I often get in the mornings.

Especially during the winter months our skin really needs a calming and soothing facial treatment. The Water Soothe Facial Oil is a blend of plant and essential oils which deeply hydrate the skin. Chamomile helps to soothe redness and irritation, rose damask helps to tone, hydrate and soothe sensitive skin and rosehip oil rich in Vitamin A and C promotes skin regeneration and boost overall radiance. VICHY
Vichy products contain a unique active ingredient: Vichy volcanic mineralizing water. Created by Dr Haller in the 1930’s who was the first to apply the therapeutic properties of this thermal water to cosmetics, creating the Vichy brand. Their products are very reasonably priced and available in most pharmacies.
VICHY Minéral 89 Hyaluronic Acid Booster
A bestselling product that is said to be worth “its weight in gold” its known to protect and boost the skin. I was quite excited to use this product especially as it is a favourite of one of my sisters. Vichy Minéral 89 Hyaluronic Acid Booster is designed to rehydrate and protect the delicate skin barrier and it has the highest concentration of Vichy Thermal Mineralizing Water. I used it every morning as a first step before moisturising.
Designed to help shield skin from daily pollution and aggressors while boosting hydration I did notice that my skin looked much more hydrated and clearer. I really understand why the Vichy Minéral 89 Hyaluronic Acid Booster is such a hit product, especially given its price point. I can see myself using this on flights or post the gym to refresh the skin and would highly recommend giving it a try.
